Vistar Media announces new Deals API integrations with Google DV360 & The Trade Desk

Vistar Media, the leading global provider of technology solutions for out-of-home (OOH) media, today announced new Deals API integrations with third-party demand-side platform (DSP) partners, Google DV360 and The Trade Desk. The Deals API automates Vistar’s PMP ID creation workflow with DV360 and The Trade Desk, so that once an ID is created, a deal is automatically populated within the buyer’s seat on each partner’s DSP – streamlining the campaign setup process for both buyers and media owners, and minimizing deal delivery issues.

The API integrations enable buyers to get instant access to Deals customized to their campaign needs without the need to manually copy and paste Deal IDs. This shortens campaign go-live time, and minimizes offline communications and coordination with media owners – ensuring DOOH activations launch quickly and effectively.

How It Works 

  • All media owners can utilize the API by simply choosing DV360 or The Trade Desk as the bidder and entering the proper buyer ID

  • From there, Vistar's SSP will send the deal information to DV360 or The Trade Desk

  • Buyers on DV360 or The Trade Desk’s end can either reject or accept the new deal

  • Buyer accepts the new deal

  • The deal is now available on the DSP, allowing buyers to have their campaigns target the deal

  • When media owners change the CPM on these deals, this change will also be synced with DV360 or the Trade Desk for the buyer to accept
